Cardinals Set To Drop Interim Label, Give Mike Shildt Three-Year Deal

The St. Louis Cardinals are expected to make Mike Shildt the teams full-time manager later this afternoon according to multiple reports.

Shildt has turned the team around since taking over propelling St. Louis back into the postseason race with a 26-12 record since taking over as skipper.

According to reports the team and Shildt have agreed on a three-year deal.
