This week’s nominees are:
Quinten Albrecht – Waterloo Baseball – Albrecht ranks fourth in batting average leaders in the St. Louis area in boys’ baseball. Albrecht is batting .522 this spring with 35 runs, 35 RBI and seven home runs on the season. Last week he had four runs and one RBI in three combined games against Civic Memorial, Belleville East and Cahokia.
Danielle Robinson – Francis Howell Lacrosse – Robinson ranks fourth in scoring leaders in the St. Louis area in girls’ lacrosse with 95 points consisting of 65 goals and 30 assists this spring. Last week Robinson had five goals and three assists against Notre Dame High School.
Ryan Mills – Hancock Baseball – Last week Mills had four singles and two RBI, scoring one run in two combined games against Carnahan and Herculaneum High Schools. Mills currently ranks fifth in batting average leaders in the St. Louis area with a .519 batting average. He has 15 runs and 17 RBI in 54 AB’s.
Margo O’Meara – Westminster Soccer – O’Meara has 28 goals on the season which ranks her at 17th in goal leaders in the St. Louis area in girls’ soccer. Last week O’Meara had six points, two goals and two assists in two combined games against Visitation and Parkway West.
Keeler van Breusegen – Columbia Softball – Keeler van Breusegen ranks 17th in batting average leaders in the St. Louis area in girls’ softball with a .487 batting average. Last week she had three runs, three singles and one RBI in two combined games. Van Breusegen has 57 hits, 43 runs, 32 RBI and one home run in 117 AB’s this spring.
